1. When booking with Portugalgreenfees.com you acknowledge reading and agreeing and to be bound by Portugalgreenfees.com Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy and any other terms referenced therein.

2. It is the responsibly of the player to be on time for the tee time, failure to arrive on time may result in the course official refusing to let the players on the course. The golf course is under no obligation to allocate a new starting time or refund the green fee. 

3. Once you have made your online booking request you will be emailed a confirmation order of your request. You have the choice to pay a 20% deposit of the full amount for your golf or you can pay in full at time of booking. In both cases we will only charge your credit card when you are satisfied with the Teetimes that we have secured for you. Full payment must be made 5 weeks before your first game of golf. We will e-mail your Golf vouchers in a PDF document after full payment which you can print from your computer. You must keep this document and present it to the golf club reception desk on the date of play.

4. We charge 1.7% on all credit card purchases price is included when booking online. If you book by Telephone, Enquiry form or email we charge 1.7% on credit cards (No charge on laser cards, cheques or cash) and a 10 Euro per person admin fee. 5. No need to sign up or become a member to benefit from our discounted green fees.

6. Details on Golf voucher:  Our Company Logo, Name on Booking, Date of Play, Number of Golfers, Golf Course Booked, Reference Number, and Tee Times Confirmed, Telephone number for local representative of Portugalgreenfees.com.

7. You may cancel your booking up to five weeks before date of play, and you will receive a full refund (including taxes and charges but excluding any credit card refund fees). A small cancellation fee will be charged you must contact us via our call centre Number (00 353 61 226803) UK Number (0871 – 8712901) or by email to info@portugalgreenfees.com.

8. Requests for refunds will be considered in exceptional circumstances only where golfers were not able to play owing to bereavements or on medical grounds in respect of which reasonable evidence is provided. 9. Green fee vouchers are non transferable, and non refundable, unless the course is closed because of bad weather. In this case, the relevant “bad weather” policy at the particular golf course will apply – this may be in the form of a credit for play at another time or date. Portugalgreenfees.com is not responsible in these cases.

10. It is advisable that you have a valid Handicap Certificate. Most golf courses will ask you to present a valid Handicap certificate before play.

11. We would highly recommend that you arrange Travel Insurance with Golf as an added option. Call for details.

12. Please comply with basic golf dress codes and conduct – i.e. golf shoes, socks, shirts with collar, soft spikes, etc No Denims.

13. Please note that during peak periods, it is normal practice that single players will be matched with other players, as they are not allowed to take up a tee time on their own. 

14. Portugalgreenfees.com will ensure that the golf courses that accept a Booking will honour any Bookings made by you. In the event a golf course fails to honour a tee-time, you agree to be bound by that course's policies and procedures regarding the failure to honour a tee-time. Portugalgreenfees.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT ARISING OUT ANY GOLF COURSE'S FAILURE TO HONOR A BOOKING.
