Ans. We have negotiated discounted green fees with most of the finest Golf courses in Portugal, and you can save up to 50% on some courses by booking with us . (Only 20% deposit to confirm your booking.)

Q2. How long will it take before I get my green fee vouchers.

Ans. Once you have made your online booking you will be emailed a confirmation order of your request. You have the choice to pay a 20% deposit of the full amount for your golf or you can pay in full at the time of booking. In both cases we will only charge your credit card when you are satisfied with the Teetimes that we have secured for you. Full payment must made 5 weeks before your first game of golf. We will e-mail your Golf vouchers in a PDF documant after full payment which you can print from your Computer. You must keep this documant and present it to the golf club reception desk on the date of play.

Q3. Security measures in place to protect your personal details.

Ans. Our website is secured by a Thawte SSL128 bit secure certificate, this will ensure that any personal information you send to us will be encrypted and secure. We also have an AIB Bank online approved merchant account to process your Visa, Mastercard and laser card.

Q4. Do I need to sign up or become member.

Ans. You don't need to sign up or become a member to benefit from our discounted green fees.

Q5. Can I change my tee time after confirmation.

Ans. Within reason we will change your tee times after confirmation.

Q6. Can you arrange Transfers / Car hire or accomadation.

Ans. We can arrange Transfers / Car hire and accomadation on the Algarve and Lisbon coast.

Q7. What happens if I turn up late for my Tee Time.

Ans. It is the responsibly of the player to be on time for the tee time, failure to arrive on time may result in the course official refusing to let the player / players on the course. The golf course is under no obligation to allocate a new starting time or refund the green fee.

Q8. Do you give group discounts.

Ans. We do give group discounts minimium required for a group is 4 Golfers. If you book by Telephone, Enquiry form or email we charge 1.7% on credit card fees. No charge on laser cards, cheques or cash plus a 10 Euro per person admin fee. If you book online all prices are included.

Q9. Do I need a Handicap Certificate.

Ans. It is advisable that you have a valid Handicap Certificate. Most golf courses will ask you to present a valid Handicap certificate before play.

Q10. What happens if I want to cancel my booking.

Ans. You may cancel your booking up to five weeks before date of play and you will receive a full refund ( including taxes and charges but excluding any credit card refund fees.) Q11. Do we charge a booking fee, credit card fee.

Ans. We charge 1.7% on all credit card purchases all taxes, charges and admin included when booking online. If you book by Telephone, or email we charge 1.7% on credit cards (No charge on laser cards, cheques or cash) and a 10 Euro per person admin fee. Q11. Travel Insurance with golf cover.

Ans. We strongly recommend that all golfers or non golfers arrange and have Travel Insurance before travel, with the option of taking golf as an added option give us a call for further details from 20 Euro for normal insurance and 30 Euro with golf cover for one week.
