Located on the Estoril Coast, 25 kms from Lisbon, the Quinta da Marinha course was designed by Robert Trent Jones the carefully maintained par-71, 18-hole golf course offers a stimulating challenge amidst the natural beauty of a variety of landscapes. The 5845-metre course takes you past calm lakes and secret pine woods, with breathtaking views of the hills on one side and ocean on the other side.

The 18 hole Championship course as a unusual layout featuring six par 3's and five par 5's. The first nine holes are set amongst some of the most spectacular countryside in the area while the second nine on the cliff tops, with sensational views over the Atlantic Ocean. True to form, the Trent Jones course as plenty of traps.

The course as many bunkers and a number of lakes that make the player's task even more difficult. Hole number 10, for instance, has a green entirely surrounded by water. The course is studded with water hazards and its 18 undulating greens will challenge players of all levels. The Course hosted the 1988 Ladies Masters (European Professional's Women's Circuit) and in 2002 it hosted the Estoril Open (PGA Tour Event).

Driving Instructions:

From the A5 Highway towards Cascais continue along the A5 until the last exit and proceed in the direction of Cascais. At the 1st roundabout turn right towards Birre. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit (signed posted Quinta da Marinha). Follow the road until the next roundabout and then turn on the first right and continue to follow the signs for the Resort. On your left you will see the Golf course and Hotel.
